Refund and Returns Policy

At Shizirt, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in providing high-quality, custom-printed products. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our policy carefully.

Overview

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind).
  • Incorrect size, color, or design ordered by the customer.

To help ensure you select the right size and product, please refer to the size charts and product descriptions provided on each product page before purchasing.

Replacement & Refund Eligibility

We are happy to offer replacements or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged During Shipping: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping issues.
  • Defective Products: If the product has printing defects or is damaged.
  • Incorrect Items: If the wrong item is shipped (e.g., incorrect size, design, or color).

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@shizirt.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Proof: Include the following in your email:
    • Order number.
    • Photos of the product clearly showing the issue (e.g., defects, damages).
    • A brief description of the problem.
  3. Wait for Review: We will review your request within 2-3 business days and notify you of the outcome.

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, you can choose from:

  • A refund to your original payment method.
  • A replacement of the same product (free of charge).

You are not required to return the defective or damaged product unless specifically requested. In most cases, Printful (our production partner) does not process physical returns.

Processing Times

  • Replacements: Once approved, replacements will be processed and shipped within Printful’s standard production and shipping times.
  • Refunds: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Shipping Costs

We do not cover shipping costs for items returned due to buyer’s remorse.

Shipping for replacements (if approved and required) is covered by us.

Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, the production process begins, and changes cannot be made.
